  • Age Limit - Participants must be 18 yrs or over.
  • Remaining Payments - The remaining payment is to be taken two weeks before your dance hen party via a secure payment link or by debit/credit card over the phone. Unfortunately we can’t take any payments on the day. All payments need to be processed through the office and we can’t allow our teachers to take payments.
  • Numbers: The final payment taken will be based on the numbers you provide 2 weeks before your event,should a member of your group drop out after final payment is received by Bijoux Hen Parties a refund for that member will not be given.
  • Bookings - A deposit of £50 is required.
  • Deposits - All deposits are non refundable, deposits should not be made unless you are completely committed.
  • Disclaimers - All participants attend the hen party at their own risk, If you are unsure please consult your GP first. Bare feet are not permitted in any of our venues and we accept no responsibility should accidents arise due to walking in bare feet.
  • Client Lateness - Any time lost due to clients being late can not be replaced.
  • Teacher Lateness - In the rare occurrence that the teacher is more than 15 mins late your group will not lose any dance time. The venues are booked for 2 hours and each dance party duration is 90 minutes.
  • MUA Artist Lateness - In the rare occurrence that the MUA is late we will make every effort to extend the duration of the venue hire to accommodate lost time.
  • Payments - Credit card and debit card payment incur a 3% transaction fee.
  • Payments - A £1.00 admin charge will be added to all final payments. 
  • Refunds - Customers are eligible to a full refund minus the deposit within 30 days prior to the event, however if cancellations is made within 14 days of the date of the hen party Bijoux Hen Parties reserve the right to withhold costs which Bijoux Hen Parties are subject to paying including venue hire and teacher payment.
  • Discounts - Discounts are only available for new booking, discounts cannot be applied to existing bookings.
  • Beverages - You are not allowed to bring beverages or food into the venue.
  • Pregnant or Injured Persons - Will not be able to participate but will not be able to spectate at parties, etc.
  • Teachers - Your dance teacher may be male or female.
  • Trainee Teachers - May be present at some classes.
  • Spectators - May be present at some classes.
  • Emails received - You will be automatically added to our mailing list, please contact us if you wish to be removed from our mailing list.
  • Venues - We will endeavour to book your preferred venue however this may not always be possible, Bijoux Hen Parties will always provide a suitable venue whether in a bar function room, dance studio or hotel function room. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee specific venues.
  • Venues - Please note, there may be rare occasions when the function room booked for the dance hen party has decorations for another party booked that the evening, these decorations will not interfere with your dance hen party and should never stop your dance hen party taking place.
  • Venues - Bijoux Hen Parties will not change the venue of your hen party within 2 weeks of the date of your party, the venue will be stated after the final payment is received if your group are late with payment the venue will still not be stated until the final balance is paid. However there may be the unlikely event that there are emergency issues with the venue and in this occasion we will of course source your a suitable replacement venue.
  • Venues - It is not possible to enter the venue prior to the exact time that your hen party has been booked.
  • Documentation - Please note Bijoux Hen Parties will not be held responsible for clients not reading the information provided to them via email and on the booking forms.
  • Images - Your teacher will take a picture of the hen party group for the marketing purposes of Bijoux Hen Parties, this image will be placed on our facebook group and on some occasions our website.
  • Force Majeure -  Except where otherwise expressly stated in these booking conditions, we regret we cannot accept liability or pay compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by or you otherwise suffer any damage or loss as a result of "force majeure". In these booking conditions, "force majeure" means any event, which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside our control.
  • Cancellations - Should a member of your group drop out after final payment is received by Bijoux Hen Parties a refund for that member will not be given.
  • What Happens After I Book?
  1. After your deposit payment is received we will confirm your booking with the booking confirmation form which is emailed to you as a pdf document. This contains your name, date and theme of party, time and details of what is required during the party.
  2. Your venue is booked for the date and time you provided and which is confirmed in the booking confirmation, we will endeavour to book your preferred venue however they are subject to availability.
  3. 14 days prior to your hen party we contact you to ask for your  final numbers or you can email stating your reference and your final numbers.
  4. Your final balance due is then calculated from your final numbers and we ask for payment by credit/debit card or bank transfer, please see below on how to make payment.
  5. After the final payment is received we will email your final booking confirmation pdf which includes your venue, name, address and map, final numbers  and teachers name.
  6. Please note we will not confirm the final venue until we have received the final balance. If you wish to confirm your final venue before 14 days please pay your final balance prior to 14 days  of your hen party date  and we will be very happy to confirm the details with you.
  7. If your group increases after 14 days you are required to pay for the extra person within the office please email or call 01509 357751, no payment can be taken by the teacher on the day.
  8. If your numbers decrease after 14 days I am afraid no refund for this person will be available,

 Extra Photo Shoot T&Cs

  • Images - Bijoux Hen Parties have copyright over the images however the client is able to do with the images as they wish, our images are not watermarked.
  • Studio Safety - Please respect the directions of the photographer, the photography studios may contain expensive and dangerous lights, which may cause damage if they are not respected. The photographer will instruct you on where to stand, wait, change etc. If a member of your group is deemed too drunk and the photographer feels they are a danger to themselves and others, the photographer will ask them to leave the studio and may cancel the session if they are not respected.
  • Dress Up Box -  A dress up box is to be supplied by Bijoux Hen Parties including corsets, underwear and accessories. These are to be returned at the end of the session. If items are not returned we reserve the right to hold your credit card details and charge them if required, please note we will only charge your credit as the last option.  Please note we cannot guarantee corsets for all sizes so it is advisable to bring along your own outfits.
  • Damages - Please note if any damage occurs within the studio due to guest bad behaviour (i.e. drunkenness or not respecting the directions of the photographer) you will be held responsible for the cost of the damage, which will be charged to your credit card.
